These terms explain the rules for using impactfulorganizing.com and for asking us about our services. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
Impactful Organizing is a trade name of Sponsor A Space, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (“Impactful Organizing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide in-home organizing sessions and daily living skills training for people whose health, disability, or life circumstances make home harder to manage.
Our services
There are two ways to work with us:
- Self-Pay. For people who choose to pay for organizing help directly. Learn about Self-Pay →
- No-Cost Help. For qualifying Colorado Medicaid members, and for clients referred by a partner agency through our Community Access Program. Learn about No-Cost Help →
We serve Colorado Springs and surrounding areas in El Paso County, including Monument, Black Forest, Peyton, Falcon, Manitou Springs, and Fountain. Our services, programs, and availability may change over time.
Eligibility and coverage
Submitting a form does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, a spot on our schedule, or that services will be covered by Medicaid or the Community Access Program. We review each request and follow up to talk through your options. When demand is high, we may keep a waitlist.
Medicaid coverage depends on Medicaid rules and your individual circumstances. The Community Access Program requires a referral from one of our partner agencies and depends on our review of each referral.
If you are a Colorado Medicaid member, you can't pay out of pocket for services that Medicaid covers. We'll help you look at your no-cost options first.
Self-pay services
- We share our rates on request. We don't post pricing on our website.
- Before your first session, we'll give you our rates and a written service agreement that covers payment, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds. That agreement governs your self-pay services. If it differs from these terms, the agreement controls for those services.
- We don't bill private health insurance.
- Some clients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds, which usually requires a letter of medical necessity. Eligibility depends on your plan and your circumstances, and we can't guarantee it. Please check with your plan administrator.
Not medical, therapy, or emergency care
Our organizing and skills sessions may feel supportive, but they are not psychotherapy, medical care, or emergency services. They don't replace care from your doctor or mental health provider.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In an emergency, call 911.
Text messages and email
When you submit a form, you may agree to receive text messages and emails from Impactful Organizing (Sponsor A Space). On some forms this agreement is required to send your request, because texting and email are how we follow up. On other forms it's optional. If you'd rather not get texts, you can call us at 719-445-9898 or email [email protected] instead.
We send texts about Self-Pay, No-Cost Help (Medicaid and the Community Access Program), and questions sent through our contact form. Our texts are about your request, scheduling, appointment reminders, and next steps.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
- If you opt out of texts, we'll reach you by phone or email instead.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy → for how we handle your information.
