Meet the Team
Meghan Jackson, Director & Founder
Meghan is a social worker, professional organizer and has a deep passion for helping people create peaceful spaces that support well-being.
After the growing success of her professional organizing business—and inspired by her experience as a foster parent—Meghan recognized a critical gap in the community: many families lacked access to this kind of in-home support.
This realization led her to found Impactful Organizing, combining her professional expertise and personal insight to serve Colorado Springs in a unique way.
Alex Lopez, Program & Operations Coordinator
Alex brings creativity and compassion to his organizing work, drawing from his background in interior design and community engagement.
Alex joined Impactful Organizing as a board member in 2023, and we’re grateful for his ongoing dedication to supporting our mission and programs.
A foster parent and longtime resident of Colorado Springs, Alex is deeply committed to serving his community and building meaningful connections. He plays an active role in shaping program offerings and community connections so that Impactful Organizing can serve more people with dignity and care.
