Meghan is a licensed clinical social worker and professional organizer with a deep passion for helping people create peaceful spaces that support well-being.
Years of organizing work, and her experience as a foster parent, showed her a critical gap: many families who needed in-home support the most had no way to get it. So she founded Impactful Organizing, combining clinical expertise and personal insight to serve Colorado Springs in a unique way.
Alex brings creativity and compassion to his organizing work, drawing from his background in interior design and community engagement. He joined Impactful Organizing as a board member in 2023, and we're grateful for his ongoing dedication to our mission and programs.
