Welcome to our new website!
New name, same mission—compassionate organizing support for neighbors in need, referred by our trusted partners.
Meghan Jackson, Director & Founder
Meghan is a social worker, professional organizer and has a deep passion for helping people create peaceful spaces that support well-being.
After the growing success of her professional organizing business—and inspired by her experience as a foster parent—Meghan recognized a critical gap in the community: many families lacked access to this kind of in-home support.
This realization led her to found Impactful Organizing, combining her professional expertise and personal insight to serve Colorado Springs in a unique way.
Alex Lopez, Program & Operations Coordinator
Meghan brings over a decade of experience in social work, with a deep passion for helping people create safe, functional spaces that support well-being. She spent 11 years in the public sector, including leading life skills and housing support programs at the Department of Human Services.
In 2019, Meghan founded her own professional organizing business, inspired by her foster care journey and a desire to bridge practical and emotional support. Today, she leads Impactful Organizing with a trauma-informed approach, working alongside trusted referral partners to restore peace, dignity, and stability inside homes.
