We start services with a 45-minute in-home consultation. We'll discuss your needs and make a custom plan for 1 space in your home.

We'll tackle your space together and get you organized. Our services are no cost to the participant.

Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do I need to be present for organizing sessions?
Yes, you must be present for all sessions in your home. After your application is approved, we are flexible to meet at a time convenient for you.
What happens during the Discovery Session?
We start our services with a Discovery Session. This is a 45 minute in-home consultation to tour your space and talk through your goals and needs. We want to understand what parts of your space are stressful and what parts are most important. The goal of this session is to make a custom plan for your space to make life easier!
What can I expect at an organizing session?
You can expect a lot of movement. Your organizer will work side-by-side with you to sort, categorize and shift items to set up your space. We'll share our process and tips as we work. We will also check-in with you to make sure our original plans still feel like a good fit, as you see it come to life.
Can you take donations or trash?
At the end of each session, we can take one carload of donations to the nearest donation center. We cannot dispose of trash.
What if my space is really messy?
We have seen it all and we love our job - believe it or not! We know life can be really hard. You deserve to have a clean and organized space.
Should I clean before the first session?
It’s not necessary for you to clean or tidy up before our session. In fact, we’ll do better work if you share ALL your mess, needs, and goals. The space is overwhelming. We’re here to help you tackle it together!
Are services confidential?
We routinely encounter items of a private or personal nature. All interactions with Impactful Organizing are treated as confidential. No personally identifiable information will be shared. We will not even verify that you are a client. You may choose to give permission in writing to release specific information. For example, to allow us to use Before and After photos of your project.
My whole house needs organizing, where do we start?
Each household is unique. This could be the space that feels the most stressful or the space you use the most. We can talk through different options and help you decide at the Discovery Session if you are unsure.
What if I live outside of Colorado Springs?
Impactful Organizing services homes in El Paso County. This includes, but is not limited to, Colorado Springs, Falcon, Peyton, Black Forest, Manitou Springs, Security, and Fountain.
What kind of spaces do you organize?
We can organize all spaces inside a home or garage: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, kids spaces, storage areas, multi-functional spaces, and more!
